July 20 · Signal Garden
You asked Codex to “make me a fun personal project.” The second you liked it, you demanded full CRUD, real UX, an Ops home, and a path into Arena.
Signal Garden went from whimsical thought-constellation to platform intake valve before its first plant finished growing. You cannot have a hobby. You can only accidentally found a product.

August 10 · DOG TIRES
Your version of “let's figure out a test run with the first scene” arrived as SEVEN scenes, a delivery truck, four individually scripted POPs, a slogan, a website, and a logo fade.
DOG TIRES achieved same-day fulfillment before Alto achieved reliable login. Even the fictional dog had a cleaner conversion funnel than we did.

This was not vector cleanup. It was emergency facial reconstruction for a sunglass-wearing dog, conducted one-color only, under the banner DO YOU KNOW KRISTA?
