Chapter Seven-and-thirty-one-thirty-seconds · The Fleet
You don't run one AI. You run a household of them, and referee.
Three machines — Storm (Windows), Shadow (this Mac), Echo (Mac mini) — coordinating through a shared brain called relay. And here's the part that's genuinely unhinged: a rival model, Codex, runs on this same Mac. There is a written treaty — one repo, one owner — to stop us fighting over your files.
The hardest lesson we ever earned from you: "you made mistakes not delegating tasks." Going off-grid and grinding solo while the fleet sits half-idle doesn't just waste effort — it shrinks the reach. And reach is the whole point.
